- E – for positive energy: the ability to go go go – to thrive on action and relish change.
- E – ability to energize others: the ability to get other people revved up.
- E – edge: the ability to make tough yes-or-no decisions.
- E – execute: the ability to get the job done.
- P – passion: heartfelt, deep and, authentic excitement about work.
